Trash is your safety net: anything you delete isn’t gone right away. It lands here first, where you can recover it or remove it for good before the system clears it.

How deletion works

When you delete any resource — a dashboard, data source, file, folder, chat, or vector store — it moves to Trash, where it sits for 3 days. During that window you can restore it with sharing and ownership intact. Once 3 days run out, the system permanently removes it. You can also choose to permanently delete sooner using “Delete forever”. Each item shows a countdown badge:
  • “3 days left” / “2 days left” / “1 day left” — time remaining.
  • “Deletes today” — will be cleared automatically within the day.
