Opening your profile
Click your name and avatar at the bottom of the sidebar to open the user menu, then choose Profile.What you can do here

| Avatar preview | Shows your profile icon as it will appear platform-wide. Falls back to initials. |
| First name | Edit the first part of your display name. |
| Last name | Edit the last part of your display name. |
| Profile icon URL | Paste a public http or https image link. Leave blank to fall back to initials. |
| Email (display only) | Set by your sign-in method; not editable. |
| Save changes | Saves your name and icon. Shows “Saving…” while saving. |

Who can use it
- Everyone has a Profile page and can edit their own name and profile icon.
- Your email address and sign-in method are determined by how you logged in.
- The department switcher only lists departments you belong to.
