Getting in and out of Settings
Settings has a dedicated navigation panel on the left. The very top of that panel shows a Back to app link, which returns you to your normal workspace (your chats, dashboards, and data sources). Below it, under the “Organisation Settings” heading, is the list of settings sections. What you can do here
| Control / Button | What it does |

How the sections fit together
- Dashboard is your landing spot — start here for a quick read on the state of the organisation.
- Organisation, Departments, and Members cover the people side: your organisations and their structure, how you are divided into teams, and who belongs where.
- AI Capabilities and Control Plane cover the governance side: what the AI agents can do and the guardrails around the platform.
- Usage, Audit Log, and Billing cover oversight: what is being consumed, what has changed, and what it costs.
Who can use it
- Organisation Owners and Admins have full access to Settings.
- Billing is restricted to org admins (and the owner) only.
- Department Admins and Managers can manage members and resources within their own department through Settings, but organisation-wide controls remain with org admins.
- Members (employees) generally have limited or read-only visibility into Settings; the sections they see depend on their role and what their administrators have enabled.
