This screen is your single control centre for everyone connected to the organisation — active members, people you’ve invited who haven’t joined yet, and (for admins) anyone who has asked to join. You’ll find it under Settings → Members.

The members table

ColumnWhat it shows
NameThe person’s display name, or a dash.
EmailThe email address they use.
RoleTheir organisation-level role (owner / admin / member). Department roles are listed underneath.
DepartmentThe department(s) they belong to, as coloured chips.
StatusActive, Suspended, Pending invitation, Rejected invitation, or Pending request.
Joined / InvitedDate joined, or date invited.
ActionsA ”…” menu whose options depend on the row’s status.

Search, filter and paging

Control / ButtonWhat it does
Search boxFilters as you type, matching name or email.
Status filterNarrows to one status.
Rows per page10, 20, 50, or 100 (default 20).
First / Previous / Next / LastMove through pages.

Inviting a new member

The Invite Member button opens the Invite member dialog. An invitation always brings the person in as an organisation member — only their department role can be chosen here.
Field / ButtonWhat it does
EmailThe address the invitation is sent to (required).
DepartmentOptionally place the invitee into a department. Choose “None” to invite without a department.
Department rolePick Manager or Employee.
Link expires in (days)1 to 30 days (default 7).
Send invitationSends the invitation email.
CancelCloses the dialog without sending.

Row ”…” menu actions

Active members

ActionWhat it does
Suspend accountRemoves the member’s access until restored.
Delete accountComing Soon.

Suspended members

ActionWhat it does
Restore accountGives full access back.
Delete accountComing Soon.

Pending / rejected invitations

ActionWhat it does
Resend invitationSends a fresh email with a new link.
Cancel invitationRevokes pending invitations for that email.

Join requests (admins only)

ActionWhat it does
Approve requestMakes the person a member.
Reject requestDeclines and notifies them.

Who can use it

  • Organisation owners and admins have full use: inviting, suspending, restoring, resending, cancelling, approving, and rejecting.
  • Members do not manage other people here.
  • Inviting someone always creates an organisation member; raising someone to admin or owner happens after they join.
