Understanding plans and credits
- A plan is your subscription tier — Starter, Growth, Pro, or Enterprise — billed monthly or yearly. Each plan sets the ceilings: dashboards, data sources, files, agents, users, storage, and credits per period.
- Credits are the unit of AI usage. Every agent run, chat answer, and data processing consumes credits. Credits can be divided into per-department budgets.
Overview tab

| Payment method card | Card on file (brand, last four, cardholder, expiry). |
| Manage → link | Opens the Payment tab. |
| Department breakdown card | Colour-coded bar showing each department’s credit share. |
| Manage budgets → link | Opens the Departments tab. |
Departments tab

| Budget alerts banner | Reminds you at what usage percentage alerts fire. |
| Configure alerts → link | Opens the Settings tab. |
| Department card | Per-team card with colour, Users, Used, Budget. |
| Budget figure (pencil icon) | Edit the allocation inline. |
| Confirm / Cancel | Save or discard. Enter saves, Escape cancels. |
| Progress bar | Used vs allocated. |
| ”Near limit” badge | Amber when a department crosses the alert threshold but is within budget. |
| ”Over budget” badge | Red when consumption exceeds allocation. |
Plans tab

| Current plan badge | Marks the plan you’re on. |
| Active (disabled) button | Shown on your current plan. |
| Switch to [plan] button | Starts a plan change. |
| Contact sales | Shown on Enterprise. |
| Confirm plan change dialog | Shows current vs new plan. |
| Confirm change / Cancel | Apply or back out. |
Upgrades vs downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.Who can use it
- Organisation admins and the owner — the entire Billing area is restricted to them.
- Members, managers, and employees — no access to billing screens.
