The Billing area is where org admins see what plan you are on, how much your AI usage is costing, how credits are split across departments, and where you upgrade or downgrade. This chapter covers Overview, Departments, and Plans.

Understanding plans and credits

  • A plan is your subscription tier — Starter, Growth, Pro, or Enterprise — billed monthly or yearly. Each plan sets the ceilings: dashboards, data sources, files, agents, users, storage, and credits per period.
  • Credits are the unit of AI usage. Every agent run, chat answer, and data processing consumes credits. Credits can be divided into per-department budgets.

Who can use it

  • Organisation admins and the owner — the entire Billing area is restricted to them.
  • Members, managers, and employees — no access to billing screens.
