Reading the log
Each row answers four questions: what action was taken (Created, Updated, or Deleted), which kind of record it touched, what specifically changed, and who made the change and when. Actions are colour-coded — green for Created, blue for Updated, red for Deleted. For updates, the log shows a field-level “before and after” diff inline. When more than three fields changed, the row shows the first three plus a “+N more” indicator. If a change was made by an automated process, the User column reads “system”.What you can do here

Implicit (admin view) access appears here
When an organisation admin switches into the audited “admin view” to look at members’ personal resources, that event is recorded too — including the admin’s acknowledgement. Why this matters for compliance
The audit log is append-only — entries can be filtered and read but never altered or deleted. It captures the actor, timestamp, and exact field-level change, so you can reconstruct the full history.Who can use it
- All organisation members can read the audit log of changes across the organisation.
- Organisation Admin can additionally review the implicit-access log.
