What this area is intended to do
When built out, the Integrations area is meant to let users and teams:
- Connect approved third-party tools and services to work alongside your data and dashboards.
- Register and manage MCP servers — external connectors that expose extra capabilities to your AI agents.
- Review which integrations are connected, who connected them, and manage them for their workflows.
Until those controls ship, governance integrations (Datadog, Splunk, OneTrust, ServiceNow, Jira, Okta, Venta, Drata) are managed in the Control Plane. Tools available to agents are approved under AI Capabilities.
Who can use it
- All users — when this area becomes live, it is expected to be accessible to anyone.
- Organisation Admins — will have special controls to approve, configure, and remove integrations and MCP servers.
