Signing in
Nexalytica uses a secure, hosted sign-in screen. You can sign in (or sign up) with a social account such as Google or GitHub, or with an email address and password. Social sign-ups are trusted automatically; email/password sign-ups need a one-time verification code before you can continue. If sign-in fails for any reason, you land on a short “Sign in failed” screen with the reason and a Try again button.| Control / Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Social sign-in (Google, GitHub, etc.) | Signs you in with an existing account; no email verification needed |
| Email + password sign-up / sign-in | Creates or signs in to an email-based account; triggers a verification code on first sign-up |
| Try again (on the sign-in failed screen) | Returns you to sign-in to retry |
Verifying your email
If you signed up with email and password, a verification window appears that you cannot close until you confirm your address. We email you a 6-digit code; enter it to unlock the rest of onboarding. This step is skipped entirely for social sign-ups.| Control / Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| 6-digit code field | Enter the code we emailed you |
| Verify | Confirms the code and unlocks onboarding |
| Resend verification email | Sends a fresh code; disabled for a 60-second cooldown after each send |
| I have verified my email | Checks your status if you verified through a link in another tab |
Choosing how to join
After verification, the “Welcome to Nexalytica” screen helps you land in the right organisation. Depending on what’s available to your account, you may see pending invitations, organisations matched to your email’s company domain, or a direct path to create your own.| Control / Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Accept (on a pending invitation) | Joins that organisation immediately and takes you into the app |
| Reject (on a pending invitation) | Declines the invitation and removes it from the list |
| Request to join (on a company organisation) | Sends a join request to that organisation’s admins for approval |
| Pending approval (label) | Shown after you’ve requested to join; you wait for an admin decision |
| Create my own organisation instead | Switches to the new-organisation form |
Creating an organisation
If you’re starting fresh, you name your organisation and confirm its web address (the “slug”). The slug is filled in automatically from the name, but you can edit it. Once created, you become the organisation’s owner and are taken directly to the plan picker.| Control / Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Organisation name | The display name for your company/tenant (minimum 2 characters) |
| URL slug | The short web address for your organisation; auto-filled, editable |
| Create organisation | Creates the organisation and sends you to pick a plan |
| Back | Returns to the join screen (when you arrived from there) |
Opening an invite link
If a colleague sends you a direct invitation link, opening it shows a preview of what you’re joining. If you’re not signed in yet, you’ll be asked to sign in or sign up first, then returned to the invitation.| Control / Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Invitation preview | Shows the organisation, the department, your role, and the link’s expiry date |
| Accept & continue | Joins the organisation and takes you into the app |
| Decline | Declines the invitation and shows a confirmation screen |
| Back to sign in | Returns you to sign-in (shown after declining, or if the link is no longer valid) |
Picking a plan
Every organisation must choose a plan before members can start working. If you’re an owner or admin, the plan picker shows your options side by side: a free trial, paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro), and an Enterprise option. When both monthly and yearly pricing exist, a billing-cycle toggle lets you switch between them.| Control / Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Monthly / Yearly toggle | Switches all prices between monthly and yearly billing (shown only when both exist) |
| Activate Trial (trial card) | Opens the short trial sign-up form; no card required |
| Keep Using Trial | Returns you to the app if your trial is already active |
| Trial expired (label) | Shown when the trial has already been used; a trial is one-time per organisation |
| Choose [plan] (paid card) | Starts the payment flow for that plan |
| Current plan (label) | Marks the plan you’re already subscribed to; not selectable |
| Contact sales (Enterprise card) | Opens an email to our sales team; Enterprise is set up with our team, not self-serve |
